Infants
Our infants/toddler class offers a nurturing environment with caring, well experienced care givers. Our staff focuses on the socio-emotional, cognitive, physical, and language development of babies by having one on one times of songs, cuddles, tummy time/physical play, and interactive age appropriate activities. All our staff are trained in Infant CPR and SIDS prevention. Daily reports are provided to parents to share more about their child’s day at PMLC.
Infants
Preschool Room
Our 2/3 class is a highly charged learning environment packed with songs, learning games, and learn through play opportunities both indoor and outdoor. Children are taught the basics of counting, colors, shapes, the alphabet and a host of other facts about the world around them through weekly themed lessons and activities. Learning centers are offered in the areas of dramatic play, blocks, music, manipulatives, science, art, and sand & water each day.
Preschool Room
Pre-K Class
Our Pre-K class is for older three ear old students through age five. Teachers in our 3/5 class facilitate learning and social interaction through engaging lessons and opportunities to expand learning through play. Each week, new themes help children to learn more about the world around them. Children are also taught their alphabet, numbers and shapes, as well as have opportunities to build sorting/classifying, fine/gross motor, and self-help skills.
Pre-K
Before/Afterschool
Our Before and Afterschool programs offer extended day services. Before school students are provided with transportation to school via van and afterschool students are transported from their respective programs to the center. Opportunities to play, interact socially with peers through play and fun activities, as well as receive help with school work are all a part of the day in Afterschool. During the summer, students partake in exciting theme based activities and trips to keep them sharp while having fun each day. Care for after-schoolers or summer campers is available at our second location Precious Moments Afterschool Care located at 2707 South Memorial Drive.
