Ms. Tameshia Joyner started Precious Moments Learning Center, LLC with the mission to provide quality childcare for low-income families. Ms. Joyner is a native of Bertie county and East Carolina University alumna from which she obtained a Bachelor’s of Science in Human Services. She also has a MBA and a Masters in Human Resource Management from Colorado Technical University. Ms. Tameshia Joyner has over a decade of experience working with children and youth, and has worked vigorously to provide guidance for Precious Moments Learning Center. This includes providing experiences that will foster children’s physical, emotional and cognitive growth. Ms. Joyner is very passionate about the opportunity to enrich children’s lives with a loving touch while their parents work or attend school.
